Wow is how I'd describe their service. Im on vacation and the starter went on my pickup, deciding to leave me, my dog and myself out in the heatwave. One call, and less then 45 minutes later he was winching my truck on his deck. He had a friend willing to work on a Saturday of a long weekend to replace my starter. 3 hours start to finish. Epic save! Very grateful.

What a fantastic experience! After waiting HOURS for another company I called Gucci and a tow truck was at my car in less than 10 mins! Dan saved the day, he was friendly and professional and had my car loaded and dropped off quickly. It was a great way to end a stressful day of car issues and waiting for lesser towing services. I was stuck on the road with a dead battery and had no one to help me, I flagged down Gucci towing and asked him if he could give me a jump. He didn’t think twice about it and jumped out the truck to help me. I didn’t use this company for a tow or anything but I sure will now, the kindness of this gentleman shows this company has really good customer service and good caring personalities in their employees. If you ever need a tow company this company is it!! Mike went above and beyond to get us out of a pickle on a very tight timeline. Especially when everyone was a minimum an 1 1/2hr wait today! (On the hottest day of the year.) He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and honest. Would highly recommend his company and if the need arises again I'll be using him first!
